Does anybody know what this is?

Definitely is a real firearm. But its customized to hell and I cant identify a AK by its receiver alone. Its probably just (imo)a really badass custom SBR

I don’t know, looks like it has a bullet-button or something on it. The receiver looks vaguely Yugoslavian, too.

how can yous tell where the receiver comes from?!

Eh, I can’t, really. But it’s stamped, has mag dimples and has the same finish on the bolt carrier as the Yugos.

Not a yugo receiver. Yugos have thicker rpk style receivers. You can usually see a thicker reinforced tab on the top right of the receiver. Also Yugos have a different rear trunnion. The yugo stock has a long screw that goes in from the back of the stock all the way through. Most other AKMs have a tab on the top and two screws go in from the top. This gun is something custom with HK diopter sights and a micro gas piston.
