Allah…my ears!
Afghans, not sure if Taliban or not, with their usual assortment of AK rifles. Note the three magazines all taped together from the guy still opening fire. As for the AK in the foreground being held by the guy going deaf…it looks like a Russian Type III AK. The pistol grip, milled receiver, vented gas tube and stock design are leading me towards that assumption.
That is a type II because of the metal sleeve on the wrist of the buttstock. The type III’s have a full wood stock.
